Fixed-fee implementation of the automation workflows we mapped in your assessment. n8n, Make, Power Automate, or a combo. We handle setup, monitoring, and change control.
From Blueprint to Running Workflow
You’ve got a process map from our assessment. Maybe it shows your Kissimmee property management group with 60 doors spends 12 hours a week on guest communications and another 8 hours on maintenance ticket routing. That’s 20 hours a week. We build the automation that cuts it to 3 hours.
We use boring, reliable tools. n8n for complex multi-step workflows. Make for visual integrations. Power Automate if you’re deep in Microsoft 365. We don’t chase shiny new agents. We pick the tool that works and won’t break next month.
Each workflow is scoped as a fixed project. You pay between $1,500 and $4,000 per workflow, depending on complexity. That includes:
- Design and build
- Testing and debugging
- Documentation (plain English, not tech jargon)
- 30 days of monitoring and support
- One round of change-control updates
What a Workflow Looks Like in Practice
Let’s take that Kissimmee property management group. They have 60 short-term rental units. Every morning, a new guest checks in. The workflow we build:
- Pulls the booking from their property management system (like Hostaway or Guesty) via API.
- Sends a welcome message with door code, Wi-Fi password, and local restaurant recommendations.
- Creates a maintenance ticket for housekeeping if the previous guest left a mess (based on a rating from the cleaner’s report).
- Updates their internal dashboard in Google Sheets with occupancy rates.
The whole thing runs on a schedule, triggered by a webhook from the booking system. No human touches it unless something fails. And we log every failure to a Slack channel. the property manager gets a daily summary email instead of checking 60 different inboxes.
That’s one workflow. We typically build three to five per client. That’s alot of time saved.
We don’t sell you a tool and disappear. We build it, test it, and watch it run.
Our Tool Stack (And Why We Picked It)
We don’t have a religious attachment to one platform. Here’s how we decide:
- n8n: Best for complex logic, error handling, and self-hosting. We use this when you need custom Python scripts or database lookups mid-workflow. It’s open source, so no per-run fees.
- Make: Best for visual drag-and-drop workflows with many integrations. Faster to build, easier to hand off to a non-technical team member. We use this for simple data flows like syncing CRM to email list.
- Power Automate: Best if you’re all in on Microsoft 365. Connects to SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics out of the box. We use this for internal approval workflows and document routing.
We don’t mix three tools in one workflow. That’s a maintenance nightmare. We pick one per workflow and stick with it. Maintenance issues can occured when you get lazy about that.
Pricing That Matches the Work
Each workflow is a fixed fee. No hourly billing. No surprises. Here’s how complexity breaks down. you can see thier cost estimates in the table below.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a workflow?
Simple workflows (one trigger, two actions, no error handling) take 3-5 business days. Complex workflows (multiple branches, API calls, custom error recovery) take 1-2 weeks. We give you a timeline before we start.
What if the workflow breaks after 30 days?
We offer a monthly monitoring retainer for $250 per workflow. That covers ongoing checks, error alerts, and minor tweaks. If you don't need it, you can self-monitor. We'll show you how in the documentation.
Do you host the workflows on your servers?
No. We set the workflow up in your own environment. n8n can run on a $10/month VPS. Make and Power Automate run in their cloud. We don't own your data.
Can I modify the workflow after you build it?
Yes. We train one person on your team to make small changes. If you need major updates, we charge a separate fixed fee. Most clients need one or two updates per year.
What if I don't have a process map yet?
Start with our <a href="/ai-readiness-assessment/">AI readiness assessment</a>. That gives you the map. Then we build from it.
Do you integrate with my existing software?
We check first. If your software has an API (most do), we can connect. If not, we can use webhooks or manual triggers. We'll tell you upfront if something won't work.
