Our Commitment to Compliance

At AI Consulting Orlando, we believe in doing things the right way. We do not currently send text messages (SMS) to our clients or prospects. But we are building for the future. When we add SMS communication, we will comply fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all related regulations from the FCC and FTC. This page outlines our policies so you know exactly what to expect.

What the TCPA Requires

The TCPA requires prior express written consent before sending any marketing or informational text messages to a wireless number. This consent must be clear, specific, and documented. It also requires clear opt-out instructions, like replying STOP, and disclosure of message frequency and data rates.

Our Opt-In Process

When we launch SMS, we will only text individuals who have given us explicit, written consent. This means you will check a box on our website, sign a paper form at your office, or reply YES to an initial confirmation message. We will keep a record of every consent, including the date, time, and phone number. No pre-checked boxes. No vague language. Just a straightforward ask.

Prior Express Written Consent

Our consent form will include:

• Your specific phone number
• A clear statement that you agree to receive text messages from us
• A disclosure that consent is not required for any purchase
• Your signature (electronic or physical)

We will never share your number or consent with third parties.

STOP and HELP Keywords

If you are recieving texts from us and want to stop, simply reply STOP. We will immediately unsubscribe you and send a confirmation message. No more texts after that. If you need help or have a question, reply HELP. You will receive a message with our contact info and instructions.

Message Frequency and Data Rates

Message frequency varies. We will not spam you. Typically, you will hear from us for project updates, appointment reminders, or specific offers related to our AI consulting services. Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. We recommend checking with your mobile provider for details.

A Story from Winter Park

I work with a dental practice in Winter Park. They have one front-desk person, Maria, who handles about 80 missed calls every single day.
